I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful . tugba, the chambermaid, always had a smile, and her service was excellent. the food was also great. I especially enjoyed the wide variety offered.

the air conditioning in the room was a bit temperamental, i must say.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . The food selection was good with tasty options available. The pools and waterpark offered great entertainment for families. The hotel provided a clean environment, and I was comfortable throughout my visit.

the grounds are lovely and well maintained by the gardening team. the majority of staff are friendly and happy to help, especially the cleaner. the choice of pools was great, and we always managed to get enough loungers early.

i stayed for nine nights, and the room had a hole in the ceiling, it was caused by the air conditioning unit leaking. i reported it, but it was never dealt with. the rest of the room had several botched repairs and shoddy workmanship throughout.

The triple room included comfortable beds and blackout curtains. This ensured restful nights. daily cleaning service provided fresh towels, and the minibar was restocked with water, juice, and soda. ample storage space in the closet helped keep the room organized.

The beach was amazing and clean!!! The hotel territory was big. Hygiene was great every day. I really appreciated all staff in the hotel, especially Erdem from reception and guest relations.

The hotel had a serious problem with air conditioning throughout the building. I had to move my room on the first day because the air conditioning in our bedroom was leaking. There were huge pools of water on the floor.

The food had a different range of options. I guess that was acceptable.

The rooms weren't clean as before. I found an insect on the bed upon arrival. I found bites on my body and my child's body after two days. I didn't exactly pay for a bug-infested experience.
